The Yayasan Suara Komunitas Satwa, widely recognized as YASUKOSA, was officially established on June 22, 2020. This significant journey commenced in 2008, when the organization was initially founded as Love Animal Rescue Indonesia (LARI).

LARI is a committed community dedicated to the welfare of stray animals, providing essential food supplies to those in need and supporting dedicated animal rescuers.

Based in Bali, LARI began with a single member, Ratna Dewi Yuliartika, who serves as the founder and visionary behind YASUKOSA.

In 2008, LARI underwent a rebranding to Support Animal Rescue (SUARA), broadening its outreach to Bali and Bekasi with a core team of three dedicated individuals.

As of 2020, SUARA has officially transitioned to Yayasan Suara Komunitas Satwa (YASUKOSA), with its secretariat located in Bali. The current members include:
